AGM and lunch

Thanks to the generosity of Susan Conlon, the Consul-General, the AGM followed by a buffet lunch (with wine) will be held at the Consulate-General of Ireland, 16 Randolph Crescent, Edinburgh, EH3 7TT on Friday 25 November 2011 at 12.30 pm sharp. It is hoped that the formal proceedings will be complete by 1pm so that lunch may begin promptly; members unable to attend the AGM but available for lunch are welcome to join it. We hope as many members and friends will be able to attend the AGM, including members working in the City centre. Members travelling to the AGM are advised to use public transport because of substantial disruption in the City centre due to roadworks and parking near the Consulate being limited.

The cost of the lunch will be £7 per person.
